OUR STORY

The Fat Oyster was Originally named “The Oyster” and was previously based along Gilman’s Bazaar next to The Centre in Central. However, this old site was hit hard during the infamous ‘Yellow Umbrella Occupy Movement’ in 2014. Upon relocating out to Kwun Tong in Kowloon they have developed their retail section, restaurant and expanded their delivery and distribution services​​​​​.

Now called “The Fat Oyster” they continue to establish their reputation for giving customers the most affordable premium fresh oysters in Hong Kong. The Fat Oyster is a popular spot for families and young couples mainly due to the cozy atmosphere and kid-friendly vibe.

This unique place also serves up juicy steaks and succulent Iberico pork chops, as well as appetizers such as beef and onion puff pastry pie, foie gras and carbonara. These are just some of the dishes that they love and simply want to share with you.
